We are one of the few hotels in Thimphu with central heating and cooling. Our rooms are also equipped with double-walled rooms for superior insulation, double-glazed soundproof windows and blackout curtains for total darkness. According to your preference, we can provide bottled or filtered water in your rooms.
Our hotel is equipped with fire escapes, smoke detectors, and detailed evacuation plans in every room, along with parallel bathroom phone lines. We ensure comprehensive earthquake preparedness and 24/7 security with CCTV monitoring. Our staff undergoes annual training for fire and earthquake emergencies, and in the event of a medical situation, we provide on-call doctor services and can facilitate hospital transfers (8 min drive).

Our premises include braille signages, emergency phones in bathrooms, selected bathrooms with handles, spacious ramps, and well-trained staff who can provide support and assistance to guests with specific needs.
We recognize our responsibility to minimize our environmental footprint and are currently implementing green initiatives such as energy efficiency through LED lighting, monitoring thermostat for central heating & cooling, solar-powered outdoor lights and engaging guests in water-saving practices through linen reuse programs and waste management and recycling programs.
