- Acceptable Credit Cards include Visa, Mastercard, and JCB Cards.
- Credit card details are required for reservation confirmation period.
- If necessary, we reserve the right to pre-authorize your card for reservation guarantee purposes.
- Room Rates and benefits offered above are based and entitled for 2 persons only. Additional guests may be added upon notice with additional fees.
Extra person, Children and Extra-bed Policy
- Maximum 2 children only permitted to stay with parent per room.
- Child under 2 years old stays free of charge in a child's cot/crib (subject to availability)
- Child under 5 years old stays free of charge when using existing beds (free breakfast)
- Children under 12 years old stay free of charge when using existing beds.
- Children 12 years and older will be charged Nu 2500 per person per night for extra-bed and breakfast.
- Only one extra bed/children's cots permitted per room.
Cancellation Policy & Payment
- Reservation cancellations 3 days prior to arrival date are free of charge period.
- In event of no-show or trip cancellation or modification within 3 days prior to arrival date, the total rate of reservation will be charged.
